My opinion about Apple's story about the Iphone, and how it is related to CRM (1)

I wanted to react about the Iphone price cut, but I found before adding this post a very interesting story. This is the story of a person that has to pay a monthly bill $48 000 because his Iphone was updating his emails while turned off. The story is so incredible, and shows how Apple has disappointed customers and got a bad reputation out of a product that should have revolutionized the market.
